By using the Google Workspace services contracted by the Institute for Information Management and Communication (IIMC), you can utilize various applications and achieve efficient information sharing with members across the university.
Available services differ between faculty/staff and students.(For details, please refer to "List of services offered by Google Workspace" at the bottom of the page.)
Google Workspace for Faculty and Staff is available only to SPS-ID holders (@kyoto-u.ac.jp), and Google Workspace for Students is available only to ECS-ID holders (@st.kyoto-u.ac.jp). It cannot be accessed from different accounts (such as *@kuhp.kyoto-u.ac.jp).
If you cannot access the service, you may be logged in with a different account. Please refer to the link below to switch accounts and try again.

Features
- By sharing files on Google Drive, multiple people can edit the same file simultaneously, dramatically improving the speed of decision-making and operations.
- Since data is managed in the cloud, you can access and work on the same data from different computers.
