If you wish to use the more advanced paid version (Google AI Pro for Education), please apply following the procedures below.

[Important Notes on Purchasing]
Funding Source: Please cover the cost of purchasing this license using Management Expenses Grants or external funds under your management. Purchases using private (personal) funds are not permitted.
Contract Period: The contract period is from your requested start date until February 8th. Please note that mid-term cancellations are not permitted.
Ordering Procedure: After submitting the form, you will receive a quotation from the designated vendor at the "Requester Email Address". Please review the contents and proceed with a separate order request.

2. For Student Account Users (@st.kyoto-u.ac.jp)
The application form above is not applicable to student accounts. If you wish to use the paid version, please contact us individually via the inquiry form below.

Funding Source: As with faculty and staff, only university operating funds or external funds can be used. Purchases using private funds are not permitted. Please consult with your academic supervisor regarding the budget before contacting us.
