For meeting organizers, the following services are available for online conferences, meetings, or lectures in which participants can participate at a distance from each other. Meeting participants are not limited to faculty and staff and may use the service as directed by the organizer.
The organizer of the Zoom meeting must have an all-University mail address of a faculty or staff member of the University available. In addition, the organizer of the Google Meet must be logged in to the Kyoto University Faculty and Staff Groupware or Kyoto University mail for faculty and staff(KUMail).

Kyoto University subscribes to the Zoom site license (the campus-wide Zoom service) for all faculty and staff of the university. By using an account registered for this license, you can use the Zoom meeting rooms that are linked to your classes from within each course site of the learning support system PandA. You can also sign in to the Zoom service directly and hold online meetings without using PandA.
