The various software I use with my Microsoft 365 account (such as Clipchamp and Copilot for Microsoft 365 purchased through the university co-op) has suddenly become unavailable.

For users whose status within the university has changed, there have been cases where software used with Kyoto University Microsoft 365 accounts has become unavailable.
This issue is caused by the process of automatically reassigning licenses when user status changes within the university. Addressing this issue requires system modifications; however, since it would affect all members, it cannot be resolved immediately at this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How to resolve this issue
If you are affected by the issue described above and your license has been removed, please contact the Information Management Dept. We will reassign the license individually.
