You can check the currently used capacity in RDM Drive by opening “All files” from the menu in the upper left corner and viewing the “Size” column on the right-hand side:

Please note that this service uses a file versioning feature, so the actual storage usage may be larger than the size displayed on this screen. (The difference depends on how frequently files are updated.)
The actual storage usage can be checked via the RDM Drive Portal by Project Administrators and Project Members who have an SPS-ID (faculty and staff accounts). If you encounter errors or have concerns about storage usage, please consult your Project Administrator. Further details are provided in the Project Administrator Manual.
