I am having trouble uploading or downloading files.

Common Cause 1: Sharing settings have not been configured by the project administrator

If the sharing settings have not been configured by the project administrator, project members will not be able to upload or download files. Please ask the project administrator to check whether the procedure “Create a shared folder for all project members (recommended)” in the “Project Administrator Manual” has been completed.
