Can I change my plan after applying?
- Increasing storage capacity
- Yes. After the service becomes a paid service, an additional fee will be charged for the increased capacity. Please note that the total storage capacity available is limited, and requests may not be accepted if overall usage becomes high.
- Decreasing storage capacity
- Because fees are charged on a fiscal-year basis, it is not possible to reduce capacity during the same fiscal year.
- Requests to reduce capacity for the following fiscal year can be accepted at the time of the renewal procedure. In such cases, please ensure that the amount of stored data and the number of users fall within the limits of the new plan.
