Button for change/add/stop is not displayed

If there is a "temporarily saved" application for the corresponding service, the button will not be displayed. Please delete the "temporarily saved" application and try again. There are two deletion methods.
Case 1: Delete from Service List
- [Limited on-Campus] Sign in to ARCS Hosting Portal
- Click [Details] button
- Click the [Edit] button for the corresponding service
- Click [Cancel] at the bottom of the screen
Case 2: Delete from Application Form List
- [Limited on-Campus] Sign in to ARCS Hosting Portal
- Click [Application] on the upper of the screen
- Click the [Edit] button for the corresponding service
- Click [Cancel] at the bottom of the screen
