Call for Application of FY2019 Service Course (1st Stage)

We call for application of the FY2019 Service Course in the following schedule.
This call is between fiscal years and differs in details of usage fees and application periods. Please note that we may ask you to adjust the amount of resources since each course has its limitation in available computing resources. We appreciate for your understandings and cooperation in advance.

Usage Fees

The usage fee is required by course and type. For details on the usage fees, see Rules for Usage Fees of Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies (ACCMS)(*Japanese Version Only)

Application Methods

For those who have already applied for 運営交付金 or 校費等 as a budget item of FY2018.

Please apply via User Portal or submit the "Service Course Application Form" to Supercomputer Services of ICT Support Center.

Applicable Budget Items

• 国立大学法人京都大学経費(研究経費,教育経費,一般管理費等の教育研究事業費)
• 大学運営交付金(国立大学運営交付金,公立学校経費,私立学校経費)

※ If the budget is known to exist in the next fiscal year, we can accept the application for the service course of the next fiscal year with the budget item which is already applied in this fiscal year.

For those who have already applied for 競争的資金 or 受託研究費 such as 科学研究費 of FY 2019.

Please refer to Changing the Registration of Budget/Payment Item and submit the "Application Form of Large-Scale Computer Systems" and the "Service Course Application Form" with an applicable budget item to Supercomputer Services of ICT Support Center..

For those who newly apply for the use of our supercomputer systems from 1st of April, 2019

Following Application Procedures, submit both the "Application Form of Large-Scale Computer Systems" and the "Service Course Application Form" to Supercomputer Services of ICT Support Center..
