After signing out of my COOP account on Microsoft 365 for Windows and switching to the university-provided account following the manual, the COOP account information is still displayed when I check "File" > "Account".

It may take some time before the correct information is displayed.
If the issue persists even after repeating the sequence of "Sign out" > "Sign in" > "Close application" > "Launch" several times, please try resetting your license activation by following the steps below to see if it resolves the issue.
1. Launch any Office application and sign out (if you cannot sign out, you can skip this step).
2. Access the following URL:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/activation/reset-office-365-proplus-activation-state
3. Under "Method: Use scripts to automate the cleanup process", click step "1" to download "OLicenseCleanup.zip".
4. Right-click "OLicenseCleanup.zip" and click "Extract All" to unzip the file.
5. In the extracted folder, you will find a file named "OLicenseCleanup.vbs". Double-click it to run.
After a moment, a window will flash open and close briefly about four times. Once this finishes, your license activation state will be reset.
6. Launch any Office application.
7. Sign in with your university Microsoft 365 account and check if you can use the applications.
