Regarding COOP accounts, they are handled by the COOP rather than the Information Technology and Media Center (IIMC), so please contact the COOP directly.

Please note that services provided via COOP accounts were only available until the end of June 2023. If you are currently using one, please switch to a university-provided account as soon as possible.
