When I try to log in to RDM Drive (Nextcloud), I get an error saying “Account does not exist.”
This error may occur for one of the following reasons:
- You are not registered as a project member
- Please check your registration details with your Project Administrator.
- You are registered as a project member, but the usage start procedure has not been completed
- Please complete the usage start procedure via the RDM Drive Portal: https://portal.rdm.kyoto-u.ac.jp/
