What should I do if I transfer to an external institution but wish to continue using the service?
- If the User Representative transfers to an external institution
- Please apply to change the User Representative to a faculty or staff member who will continue to be affiliated with Kyoto University.
- If no eligible faculty or staff member can be designated as the User Representative, the service cannot be continued.
- If a Project Administrator transfers to an external institution
- Project Administrators must be faculty or staff members of Kyoto University. Please remove the transferring person from the list of Project Administrators.(If they are not removed, they will continue to be counted toward the number of users.)
- If there is only one Project Administrator, please apply to change the Project Administrator to a faculty or staff member who will remain affiliated with Kyoto University.
- If a Project Member transfers to an external institution
- Please have the Project Administrator update the Project Member information accordingly. (If the person is not removed, they will continue to be counted toward the number of users.)
