What are the roles of the Applicant, User Representative, Project Administrator, and Project Member?

1	Applicant	The User Representative themselves, or a person who carries out the application procedures on behalf of the User Representative under their instructions.	Must be a Kyoto University faculty or staff member with an SPS-ID Only one person
2	User Representative	The person who represents the use of the service among the Project Administrators.	Must be a Kyoto University faculty or staff member (researcher) with an SPS-ID Only one person
3	Project Administrator	Responsible for managing each project, including changing settings and adding or removing members.	Must be a Kyoto University faculty or staff member (researcher) with an SPS-ID Multiple persons may be designated
4	Project Member	Can use the service.	Kyoto University members (faculty, staff, students) and external collaborative researchers Multiple persons may be designated
