When trying to add the 'Mendeley Cite' add-in in Word, I get the error message 'Sorry, your organization has disabled access to the Office Store. Please contact your administrator to request access.' and cannot install it.

We are currently researching and reviewing the use of add-ins; however, there is currently no clear prospect and it is taking some time.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need to use them immediately, please use an account other than the university one, or use the on-premises version.
As a result of our investigation and consideration regarding the use of add-ins, we have unlocked the feature to allow the use of add-ins starting from September 2023.
However, neither Microsoft nor the university guarantees the cost or functionality of add-in software. Users must understand the terms of use and risks associated with each add-in, and decide whether to use them at their own discretion.
