I can no longer access the files stored in OneDrive after switching to my university-provided account on Microsoft 365.

OneDrive data is not migrated automatically. Below is an example of the migration procedure. Please migrate your files on your own.

1. Access OneDrive using your COOP account.

2. Download the files to your local device (please note that the download may fail if there is insufficient local storage space).

3. Sign out of your COOP account, and sign in with your university-provided account.

4. Upload the necessary files.
