In '2.1.1. Install Office on Windows' of the user manual, even when I click 'Install apps' on the Microsoft 365 portal, 'Microsoft 365 Apps' is not displayed.

If you are not assigned an A3 license, "Microsoft 365 Apps" will not be displayed.
