Regardless of regular or non-degree, ECS-ID (Student Account) and Student e-mail address are provided for students.
For all students entering in April and October, the ECS-ID notification is provided from the administrative office in your department.

For other students, please fill in an application form "New ECS-ID" downloadable here and bring it with your student ID paper card to the help desk shown here.

Note that application by telephone or e-mail cannot be accepted.
