Delete any unwanted one-time passwords from the Authenticator

To delete an OTP that is no longer required and is displayed in the Authenticator, please follow the steps below. Please note that once deleted, it cannot be reverted.

Web browser(Chrome/Edge/Firefox)

  1. Click on the Authenticator icon.
  2. Click on Edit (pencil icon).

  3. Click on the Delete button.

  4. Click 'Yes' on the confirmation screen.

iPhone/iPad

  1. Tap the Authenticator app.
  2. Press and hold the one-time password.
  3. Tap Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Tap the bin icon.
  5. Tap Delete account.

Android

  1. Tap the Authenticator app.
  2. Swipe left to access the one-time password.
  3. Tap the bin icon.
  4. Tap Delete account.
