What should I do if I don't receive the email?

If you do not receive the "Notification of one time password" or "Notification of confirmation code for one time password initialization", please check the following.

Does the message "One-time password has been sent" appear on the screen?

Once your one-time password or verification code has been sent, you will see the message "One-time password has been sent" on your screen. If it does not appear, the email has not been sent.
Please check "How to Log in Using Email"and try the operation again.
※In the event that a message appears asking you to contact the ICT Support Center, please call the number that appears on the screen.

Is the notification email being treated as spam?

Even if you normally receive emails in your inbox, they may suddenly end up in your spam folder.
Please search by specifying "All Mail" based on the information below.

  • Where to search:All Mail *Specify all folders instead of inbox

Do you have e-mail notification settings?

Even if you were able to receive emails before, you may no longer be able to receive them due to changes in the specifications of your email provider. Carrier emails seem to be particularly prone to this problem, so please follow the instructions provided by your mobile carrier to set it up.
