Handling of ECS-ID for new academic year
1. Students/Graduate students

2. Part-time Lecturers

| Up to the duration of the contract* | If you are teaching a new course after the contract period, you will need to apply for continued use. However, some departments may have their own system for this, so please check with your teaching department. If you wish to apply, see 'Application procedure'. |

However, due to system operational reasons, the date of suspension may be a date after the date of loss of eligibility, so please check the suspension notice message sent to KUMOI before the loss of eligibility for the actual date of suspension.
3. JSPS
