[Notice] For Those Leaving Kyoto University (Graduation, Completion, Retirement, or Resignation) or Changing Their Status in March 2026
Your university-wide account (ECS-ID/SPS-ID[*1]) issued by Kyoto University will become inaccessible if you are no longer affiliated with Kyoto University.
A change in your status may also necessitate a change to your university-wide account.
If your university-wide account becomes inaccessible, the services[*2] associated with each account will also become inaccessible.

If you are planning to leave the university or change your status, please review the instructions for each service while you still have time and take care of backing up, migrating, or transferring your data yourself.
Also, please consider settings for using your lifetime email[*7], email forwarding, and out-of-office notifications before leaving the university or changing your status.
