If you are a student, you will need ECS-ID; if you are a faculty or staff member, SPS-ID.
Note that Google Workspace is not available to students, as it has been used for collaboration between faculty and staff members.

Kyoto University has a comprehensive licensing agreement with Microsoft called EES (Enrollment for Education Solutions), which makes it possible for faculty, staff, and students to use their cloud services and software products, including Office, without individual cost.
