1. Search your mailbox in the web version of Gmail

Gmail can search for your messages very quickly. Try searching by their title or sender.

2. Open Spam label

The message you are looking for may be identified as spam and sent to the Spam label.

Messages sent to Spam stays there for 30 days until they are automatically deleted. Make sure to open Spam regularly so that you won't miss any authentic emails.
