Starting in academic year 2023, the activation procedure for Microsoft Office is required at the time of startup.

Please refer to the Microsoft Office activation procedures page for instructions on how to activate Microsoft Office at startup. Clicking on the shortcut "Officeを使用する方はクリック" (Click the icon "How to activate MS-Office") link on the desktop will open the activation procedure page, and you can start using it by following the instructions on the page that appears.

Students do not need to apply to use Office, but faculty and staff may need to apply in advance.

Full-time faculty members should check the Microsoft 365 page of the Information Environment Organization.
