- Full-time teaching staff
- Part-time teaching staff
- Temporary staff carrying out clerical work in the administrative department

2. Get Started
As they are issued on the basis of an application from the person in charge of the department, no application is required from the user him/herself.
The 'Account (SPS-ID) Activation Notice' is distributed by your department (Personnel Department).
For more information on application, see 'File management' on the portal site for teaching staff.
※File management is only accessible to a limited number of people.
3. How to Use
Activation is required to use the account. Please activate your account by the deadline using the activation key provided in the 'Account (SPS-ID) Activation Notice'.

5. What to do when you leave your job
In the event of resignation or transfer off-campus, the account will no longer be eligible for use and will be automatically suspended.
