Setup Again

Please refer to the Manual and perform a "reset" in the following cases.

  • The initial setup was not completed successfully.
  • Redo the setup.
  • Cannot verify the one-time password.
  • Even after entering the one-time password displayed in the app, an error occurs.

There are three types of manuals available. Please choose the appropriate one based on your needs:

Resetting Your Email

Important Notes for Using Multiple Apps (Two or More)

When resetting the app, follow these steps:
1. Scan the new QR code with the app (*).
2. The new one-time password will be displayed in the app.
3. Enter the one-time password displayed in the app from step 2.
4. Click the "Register" button.

(*) After scanning the new QR code:

  • The app that scanned the QR code ⇒ A valid one-time password
  • The app that did not scan the QR code ⇒ An invalid one-time password

For the app that did not scan the QR code, follow the steps in the "2. Adding an App" manual to sync it, so that it displays the same one-time password as the app that scanned the code.
