Your SPS-ID(Faculty and Staff Account) and Authentication IC card are only for the use of financial accounting system. If you would like to use e-mail provided by Kyoto University, please visit the help desk at Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, South Building with your ID card issued by Kyoto University or JSPS and apply for an ECS-ID (Student Account) containing Student email account.
