I am a part-time lecturer having an ECS-ID (Student Account). I was informed that my ECS-ID should be updated every academic year. When should I update my ECS-ID for next academic year?

Except for students, renewal procedre is required every academic year.
We will notify by email to your Student Mail account (KUMOI) one month before your ECS-ID stops.

For renewal, please visit ICT Support Center or the ECS-ID help desk with application form and your updated ID card or enrollment certification issued by the director of your department before your ECS-ID expires. Please note that renewal procedure is not completed in that day if you visit the ECS-ID help desk except for ICT Support Center.
