The desktop or background display of the virtual terminal becomes distorted or freezed.
The desktop of the virtual terminal appears within the browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on your local PC or Mac device. Consequently, its display automatically resizes in response to any browser window resizing performed by the user.
In the second semester of the 2025 academic year, when using virtual terminals on browsers of the fixed-type PC terminals, you may experience symptoms such as double-layered desktop displays or partial loss of background images, as shown in the image.

If this symptom occurs, we ask that all users try to resolve it by implementing the following temporary workaround.
[※Procedure for forcibly redrawing the desktop]
- Each virtual terminal always displays buttons (4-6 in number) for menu functions as shown below. Click the “Fullscreen” button (circled in red below) among these to enable full-screen display. (These buttons appear one per terminal. Be sure to use this specific button for operation.)

- Once the virtual terminal screen appears in full-screen mode, press the Windows key on your PC keyboard (or the Command key on a Mac). This will switch the screen and redraw the desktop. After the desktop display stabilizes, you can continue using it from that state.
