I want to reconfigure it.
If you are temporarily unable to confirm your one-time password, e.g. when you are out of the office, try 'One Time Password notified by e-mal'.
If you have Authenticator set up in another browser, do not initialise it, but export the account information from the other Authenticator and import it into the faulty one to see if you can log in.
For instructions on how to set this up, please refer to the Manual for "Multi-Factor Authentication Setup Manual Supplement 1 [PDF]".Particular attention should be paid if Authenticator has been set up on more than one device. All one-time passwords displayed on Authenticators other than the browser that was initialised will be invalidated. Please export/import them again.
See 'Multi-Factor Authentication Setup Manual Supplement 1 [PDF]' for setting instructions. If Authenticator itself has disappeared, ">add it and then initialise it.
