  1. [Limited on-Campus]Sign in to ARCS Hosting Portal
  2. Click [Details] button
  3. Click [ACL] above screen
  4. Click [Add user] button
  5. Enter email
  6. Click [Search] button
  7. Click [Add] button
  8. Select [Permission]
