In case you do not receive emails from addresses other than the faculty/staff email address (~@kyoto-u.ac.jp)

In order to receive emails from addresses other than the faculty/staff email address (~@kyoto-u.ac.jp) in the "2次グループ" you have created, the "Google Group Owner" (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") is required to make the initial settings for Google Group.

In case you do not receive emails from addresses for faculty and staff (~@kyoto-u.ac.jp)

Please check if the email address of the person who did not receive the message is included in the "2次グループ" members. "2次グループ" members can be checked using "2次グループ検索" application in the Faculty/Staff Portal.

If the member's registration status is set to "No Email" in the Google Group settings, the email will not be sent; please check the settings by the Google Group owner.
