The device which received the radio wave of GPS becomes NTP(Network Time Protocol) server and provide the exact time.
For NTP server, please use "ntp.kuins.kyoto-u.ac.jp" for KUINS-II，and "ntp.kuins.net" for KUINS-III.
An off-campus NTP server can also be used, so you can use the default NTP server on your device.
