Faculty and Staff Groupware

Designed for FacultyStaff

Faculty and staff can use the information sharing tools such as messages, schedulers, file storage, bulletin boards, facility reservation functions, and also can access to various work systems.

It consists of Cybozu's Garoon and Kintone, and Google's Google Workspace cloud services. For Google Workspace, please refer here.

Features

  • Equipped with basic functions such as message, scheduler, file storage, bulletin board, facility reservation, staff search, workflow (electronic application), etc.
  • Links to the faculty and staff email (KUMail) as the email function
  • Links to Google Workspace services and various work systems
  • Single sign-on enables login to HR/payroll systems, financial accounting systems, travel expense systems, etc. without re-authenticating
  • Operation manuals for each function of groupware are posted.

1. Requirements & Rules

  • SPS-ID is required for use.
  • Register favorites (bookmarks) on the screen after login is completed.
  • Please refer to here for the recommended environment for using the faculty and staff groupware.

※Enter your SPS-ID and its password to log in. Multi-factor authentication is also required.
※After logging out, close the browser. See here for details.

5. About Financial Accounting Only Users

Financial accounting only users cannot log in to faculty groupware. If you are that user, please log in to each system from the following.
