You can connect to the network via wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) in common spaces on campus. The Wi-Fi services available within Kyoto University are "KUINS-Air" and "eduroam".

1. Requirements & Rules

"ECS-ID" or "SPS-ID" or client certificate or KUINS device account is required for "KUINS-Air". Eduroam account is required for "eduroam".

2. How to use

• KUINS-Air is Wi-Fi service for student and faculty,staff of Kyoto University to connect to KUINS-III.
• eduroam is Wi-Fi service for those from off-campus. If you have an eduroam account, you can use the Wi-Fi environment of universities and other educational research institutions around the world that are members of eduroam.
