This proxy service is able to connect off-campus from a private IP address KUINS-III.
Usage
The following proxy servers are available. Please refer to the manual of each application for the setting.
- HTTP proxy server

Port number: 8080
- SOCKS proxy server
Host name: socks-proxy.kuins.kyoto-u.ac.jp
Port number: 1080
