Ex.) How to use Wi-Fi
A1. Those who are not Students cannot log in "Common Portal for All Students". Please log in from each login screen. ( for Non-students )
A2. Your ECS-ID or password might be wrong.
Please come to the help desk at the 1st floor in the South Building of Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies.
※ The update of user's information like password change might not be reflected.
Please retry from 30 minutes to 1 hour later.
A3. For Google Chrome including Android, try "Delete History and Cookies".
You can't change a password of your ECS-ID using the "Reissuing a password"on the old KULASIS login page or "Password Change" on your KULASIS page.
If you want to change a password of your ECS-ID, please log in to "Common Portal for All Students" and click "Change Password" at the bottom of the page.
You will be able to log in with the new password about 30minutes to 1 hour after you change an old password.
A1. Your information might be delayed to update in the acccount database. Please retry the operation about 30 minites later.
A2. You might input wrong "PASSWORD" or "ID". Please contact the helpdesk at Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, South Building.
