Connection from Off-campus

[Windows] Error: "A certificate could not be found that can be used with this Extensible Authentication Protocol"

There might be a problem during the installation of client certificate. Please try to reinstall client certificate with paying particular attention to the checkmarks in the 4th step of "1-3. Install Procedure" in the installation manual.
