Virtual terminal

VDI doesn't start at the time specified in the self-study appointment

In some cases, after making a self-study reservation for a virtual terminal, the reservation status does not change to the green "Running" status at the specified time, and the VDI startup is put on "start pending" or "Not Running" and cannot be connected.

After 5 to 10 minutes have passed from the specified time, if the status does not change to "Running", you can create a new self-study reservation in the following way, or create a course self-study reservation during the term of your classes that uses VDI, so that you can connect to a virtual terminal.

< Procedure for redoing self-study appointments >

1. Accessing the VDI reservation list, click [Add Self-Study Reservation] button.
2. On the new self-study reservation screen, when selecting the following Gold Master, there are multiple options for each OS, such as -1 and -2 at the end, etc. Select a different value from the previous one to make a reservation.
Note: If you see a Gold Master choice ending in _disabled, do not select it!

3. Confirm that the reservation status changes to green "Running" after the time specified in the reservation.
4. Click the "Connect" button of the reserved VDI.

Try the above method.
