Unable to access the VDI reservation screen

When accessing the VDI reservation screen from the PandA VDI link, etc., the following message may appear and the VDI reservation screen may not appear no matter how long you wait.

"Please wait while connecting..."

In this case, please take the following steps and check if you can connect to the VDI.

1) Clear your browser's cache.

2) Try to connect to the VDI using a different browser.

Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
