MAC address of an equipment and IP address are managed in pairs on KUINS-II. MAC address changes when an equipment is replaced, so you need to renew the registration information, otherwise the teleconferencing system doesn't work.

An equipment manager needs to register MAC address of a new equipment on KUINS-DB (KUINS registration database for connection equipment).
