【スパコン】定期保守でのソフトウェアアップデートのお知らせ
平成31年3月27日からの定期保守において，ソフトウェアのアップデート等を実施しました．
- ソフトウェアの新バージョン導入
- module環境設定時のデフォルトバージョンの変更
- 利用者ポータルのリニューアルについて
- GPUサーバの強化について

The Supercomputer Systems have been updated upon the completion of the maintenance work started on March 27, 2019.
This update includes the followings:
- New Versions of the Software

1. ソフトウェアの新バージョン導入 / New Versions of the Software
12月保守以降から今回保守までに導入した，ソフトウェアの新バージョンは下表に記載した通りとなります．

2. module環境設定時のデフォルトバージョンの変更 / Changes in Default Versions When Configuring Modules
moduleコマンドによる環境設定時のデフォルトバージョンを，以下の通り変更しました．
moduleファイル名のスラッシュ（/）とバージョンを省略してロードすると，デフォルトのバージョンが読み込まれます． デフォルト以外のバージョンを利用したい場合は，スラッシュとバージョン番号を明記してロードしてください．

3. 利用者ポータルのリニューアルについて / Renewal of the User Portal
今回の保守で利用者ポータルをリニューアルいたしました。
機能面では基本的に以前と同等となっております。

4. GPUサーバの強化について / About enhancing the performance of GPU server
スパコン利用時の可視化環境の改善を目的として，GPUを搭載したサーバの提供を2018年12月より開始しております．
この度，現在提供しているサーバの強化ならびに新サーバを導入致しましたのでお知らせいたします．
GPUサーバへのジョブ投入は,システムA,B,C の各ログインサーバから xrun コマンドを介して実施頂くことが可能です.

In December 2018, we began providing servers with GPUs to improve the visualization environment when using supercomputers.
We have strengthened the servers that we are currently offering and introduced new servers.
Jobs can be submitted to the GPU server via xrun commands from the login servers on systems A, B, and C.
