Already restored】 About the failure of mail forwarding function and WEB hosting service

The software troubles occurred in our service at 1:27am on July.19(Sun) and it caused the suspension of mail forwarding service as well as disabling browsing the WEB site using Web hosting service, starting with IIMC website..
Disabling accessing (reading or writing) to the data storage referred to by the service servers for Web hosting and mail forwarding caused the error in reading out the mail forwarding setting and Web contents on the storage, then the troubles occurred.
It took long for restoration but it was restored at 20:22 on July.21(Tue).
The incoming mails during the trouble is forwarded in order.
The system was restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and trouble that you may have had.
