Billing of the usage fee for FY 2022 is scheduled to be issued in October, January and March. The bill to be issued in October is determined in the following schedule. Please complete the necessary procedure within the due date if you need to change the payment item or the billing month.

Deadline for the changes

Wed. September 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

• Contracts after the due date will be billed in January.
• Please note that you can not change the payment item after the bill is determined.

How to change the payment item

You can change the payment item by User Portal or Service Course Application Form. Please refer to the following URL and　perform the necessary procedures.

How to change the billing month

If you need to change the billing month for any reason, please contact us via e-mail with the following requirements.

Requirements

• E-mail Address：portal*kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp (please replace*with @)
• Subject：Request for changing the billing month
• Text：
  • Applicant name (Payment manager)
  • Applicant affiliation
  • Applicant phone number
  • Payment item whose billing month you want to change (Example:u99999x)
  • The group name whose billing month you want to change
  • Billing month which you want to change to (Example: January)
  • Reason why you want to change the billing month
