In principle, the  Institute for Information Management and Communication (IIMC) will migrate the data registered in your Garoon schedule.
However, as the following items cannot be handled by IIMC, we kindly ask that you take care of them yourself by 17:15 (JST) on Friday, November 27, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

(Personal schedules: Garoon Schedule users)

• Your personal events in Garoon Schedule have been copied to Google Calendar by the sync tool. However, because of how the sync tool works, some recurring events, Todo List, etc. have not been synced. If you use recurring events, please check them against the Migration Specifications and Usage Notes for the Consolidation into Google Calendar (see the “Reference” under Section 3.1.1) (*This document is currently available in Japanese only. An English version is in preparation.). Add any missing events to Google Calendar as needed.*This document is currently available in Japanese only. An English version is in preparation.
• If you made tentative reservations with the tentative event feature, please confirm them.
   

(Personal schedules: Google Calendar users)

• No action is needed for your personal schedule.
   

(Garoon facility reservations: facility administrators)

• Facility reservations still marked “Application pending” cannot be moved to Google Calendar. Please approve every pending application for reservations that need to be moved.
   

(Garoon facility reservations: users)

• Please change reservations set to “Private” to “Public” wherever possible. 

  (*)“Private” facility reservations will not be moved. After the migration, please register them again in Google Calendar yourself. However, to prevent double bookings, where we have the minimum information needed, we will try to register these reservations in Google Calendar under the title “Private event” during the migration. Even then, the event title, participants and other details cannot be moved. After the migration, please ask the facility’s administrator to update the title, participants and other details.
