For those who will be leaving Kyoto University (graduating, completing their studies, retiring, quitting their job, etc.) or changing their status in March 2025

University-wide accounts issued by Kyoto University (ECS-ID/SPS-ID[*1]) will no longer be available if you are no longer enrolled at Kyoto University.
University-wide accounts may also be changed if your status changes.

If your university-wide account becomes unavailable, you will also be unable to use the following services
(services associated with your account[*2]) .

 ・University-wide email [*3] KUMOI/KUMail
 ・Integrated cloud services [*4] Google Workspace/Microsoft365
 ・Online meetings [*5] Zoom/Google Meet
 ・Data storage [*6] GoogleDrive/OneDrive(Microsoft365)/KUMail storage, etc.

If you are planning to leave your school or change your status, please check the information for each service while you have plenty of time, and back up, transfer, and take over your data yourself.
Also, please check the use of lifetime email [*7], email forwarding, and absence notifications before leaving your school or changing your status.
