On Completion of e-Learning courses on “Information Security”
Under a demand by the Campus Information Security Committee, all students ,faculty and staff in Kyoto University should take the e-Learning courses on "Information Security" for your safe and effective use of information and IT facilities.
Students , faculty and staff who use information systems (e.g. personal computers, campus network) owned by the University should take the e-Learning courses.
In accordance with the provisions of the Information Security Program Standards, your attendance to the e-Learning courses may be reported for the department chief of your own department.
■Target Persons
Students , faculty and staff who use information systems (e.g. personal computers, campus network) owned by the University,
except for those who are exempted to take the e-Learning courses by their department chiefs.
■Target Period
From 4/1/2014 to 3/31/2015.
We update the learning materials. You should take the e-Learning courses again, though you have taken that before.
■How to take the e-Learning courses
- For students :
You should take the following two courses:
Information System Application Rules and its Information Security ( Japanese / English )
Princess Rinrin ( Japanese / English / Korean / Chinese ) - For Faculty and staff :
You should take the following two courses:
Information System Application Rules and its Information Security ( Japanese / English )
Rating rules on information at Kyoto University ( Japanese / English )
You are certified to have completed an e-Learning course by taking the final test.
