An introduction to GPUProgramming

This course provides training and hands-on practice on parallel programming (CUDA/OpenACC) using GPUs.
The event will be held in a hybrid format of onsite and online delivery. We hope that you will be able to come to the venue if possible, as we will be creating programs that actually use GPUs.

Requirements

  • This seminar is held online via Zoom. Attendees need to have the following environments.
    • Internet connection
      • Fixed line is recommended for the stability of connection.
    • Terminal with mouse and keyboard available(Windows or Mac)
    • Web browser (Chrome is recommended)
  • A Web browser is used to connect to the supercomputer.
  • This seminar is held in Japanese language only.

Ently Qualifications

  • We will carry out the drill with Unix environment, so a minimum knowledge of Unix (shell operations, reading and editing text files) is required.
  • Supercomputer is the candidate for Export Administration Regulations and taking lecture is also subject of the regulations of Foreign Exchange Control Law and relevant law.
