1月17日(月) 14時25分から 16時40分の間に発生しましたメールシステム障害のため，メール受信に障害が発生し，受信アドレスが存在しない旨のエラーメールを返信していたことがわかりました． 

当日，メールが送られてくるはずであるが受信していないなど，お心当たりの方は，メールの再送を相手様にお願いしてください．

現在，メールが受信できなかった皆さまの調査を行っています．判明次第，順次お知らせします．調査には時間が必要ですので，あらかじめご了承願います． →対象者全員にメールを送信しました (1/19 Wed 19:55)

Because of server troubles, ECS Mail Server could not receive some emails and sent back undelivered messages during 17 Jan 14:25 - 15:30 and during 16:25 - 16:40 to the sender addresses.

Now, we are confirming who was not received e-mails. -> The message has been sent to the persons who could not receive those e-mails (19 Jan 19:55).
